- Side panel cut from body
- We used a door skin from a spare door the customer supplied us with. It has the same body lines and contour as the side panel.
- Tacked in place.
- Grinding of welds.
- Here the door skin is fitted to the quarter panel and lower rust repair panel fitted.
- Door pillar had to be removed as it was also very rusty. One from another vehicle had been supplied.
- All replacement panels were hammer welded.
- Rust repairs done to the wheel arch. New floor rail made.

- Rust in corner of side window hat to be cut out.
- New section fabricated, fitted and welded in place.
- Side window frame also had to be replaced. Door pillar fitted and welded to side panel.

- Transmission tunnel and toeboards fabricated and fitted.
- Side panel repairs finished.
- Right rear fender repaired with new lower section fabricated and fitted.
