It has the same body lines and contour as the side panel. Tacked in place. Grinding of welds. Here the door skin is fitted to the quarter panel and lower rust repair panel fitted. Door pillar had to be removed as it was also very rusty. One from another vehicle had been supplied. All replacement panels were hammer welded. Rust repairs done to the wheel arch. Outer tail panel removed from body Inner tail panel removed from body. Welding floor rail to body. New inner rust repair in place ready for welding. Inner spare wheel bracket repaired. Outer tail panel ready to be welded. All welding and linishing to outer tail panel completed. Rust in corner of side window hat to be cut out. New section fabricated, fitted and welded in place. Side window frame also had to be replaced. Door pillar fitted and welded to side panel. New floor fabricated. New floor fabricated. Transmission tunnel and toeboards fabricated and fitted.
